| Thought I'd post a few pics from the wedding I went to last night. I've been going to Bible Study with Beau and Erin for several months. They're a really fun couple, and their wedding was really cute.

| Now that I've been home for several months, I guess it's about time I posted a few comments about my China trip. It was amazing and wonderful. Amazing, to actually realize a dream; and wonderful, to share it with great friends.~ Our team on the long flight to Beijing~ (left to right) Ashah, Paige, Janice, me, Jessica, and April
We spent a week at this orphanage teaching and playing with the kids. They were such a blessing!
There were two precious babies at the orphanage. We loved loving on these kids!
We ended the trip touring Beijing~including a visit to the Great Wall
| I've been very busy since I last posted...obviously, seeing that I haven't posted since LAST YEAR. Anyway, I just finished my first year of pre-nursing!! One down, three to go. In the middle of studying and finishing school, I've had more weddings this year than I probably ever thought possible! To be at home for once on a Saturday is very unusual to say the least. Now that summer is finally here, I'm focusing more on my summer mission trip. It's very exciting to see everything fall into place. God has really been providing in amazing ways! I can't wait to see all that lies ahead! | | |
| RELIEVED! I have finished my first quarter and can enjoy Christmas break! It's so nice not to have to think about studying...So, until next year I can enjoy life again. j/k
My brother flew in today for Thanksgiving break, and my family is going to the mountains for the week!
Hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving! We have so much to be grateful for...
| I am now an official college student! I'm still trying to adjust to the fact that I am a freshman at the age of all of my friends who just graduated!!! But, I'm learning better late than never, and it's not really even that late. I will be working on my core this year...taking four biologies and clepping several "easier" classes before transferring somewhere else to complete a two-year nursing program. So, the next three years of my life will involve dramatic change-intense study. Any suggestions on studying from those of you who have already 'been there, done that'? | | |
